These Terms govern your use of the MBC website and marketplace. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. Services & scope
MBC provides business, procurement and related consulting, and operates a confidential procurement marketplace connecting buyers and verified suppliers. Specific engagement scope is set out in a proposal or agreement.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to misuse forms or listings, not to attempt unauthorised access, and to provide accurate information.
3. Marketplace role
MBC acts as a facilitator/intermediary. Supplier verification is a reasonable-effort check, not a guarantee; buyers and suppliers remain responsible for their own due diligence and decisions.
4. Confidentiality & non-circumvention
All marketplace communication is routed through MBC. Buyers and suppliers agree not to bypass MBC to transact a marketplace-originated introduction without MBC's involvement (see the Buyer and Supplier Agreements).
5. Fees
Consulting and marketplace fees (including savings/success fees) are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. [Confirm fee terms.]
6. Intellectual property
The website content, branding and materials are owned by MBC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The site and services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis without warranty of specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, MBC's liability is limited (see the Disclaimer).
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites; MBC is not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Changes
MBC may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
